Clip Queue Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you buy and use Clip Queue.
1. What we collect
- When you buy: Lemon Squeezy processes your payment and collects your name, email, billing details and country. We receive your name, email and order details so we can provide your license and support. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you activate the license: the panel sends your license key and a name for your computer to Lemon Squeezy's license service to confirm the license is valid and count your activations. It checks again periodically while you are online.
- When you contact us: we keep the emails you send us so we can help you.
- On our website: ffcreatives.com runs on Squarespace, which collects standard visitor analytics and uses cookies. See Squarespace's privacy policy for details.
2. What Clip Queue does not collect
Clip Queue does not upload, view or store your video, footage, project files, sequences or file names. The panel works locally on your computer and talks to Premiere Pro and Media Encoder only. The only data it sends over the internet is the license check described above.
3. What is stored on your computer
A small file with your license status is saved in your user folder (`.fullframe` folder) so the panel can work offline for a short period. Deactivating the license in the panel removes it.
4. How we use information
To deliver your purchase, validate licenses, provide support and send important notices about Clip Queue. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Who we share it with
Lemon Squeezy (payments and license service) and Squarespace (website hosting). We share information otherwise only if the law requires it.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@ffcreatives.com. Deleting some information may mean we cannot provide support or validate your license.
7. Children
Clip Queue is not directed to children under 13.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
