Clip Queue Terms of Use

These terms cover your purchase and use of Clip Queue, a panel for Adobe Premiere Pro made by Full Frame Creatives (Evander Lipps LLC), Tampa, Florida. By buying, installing or using Clip Queue you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
Clip Queue is software sold as a one-time purchase. You get a license key and a download. There is no subscription and no recurring fee.
2. Your license
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use Clip Queue on up to 2 computers that you own or use for your own work. You can move the license by deactivating a computer inside the panel and activating another. You can use Clip Queue on paid client work.
3. What you may not do
- Share, resell, rent or publicly post your license key or the download.
- Copy, modify or redistribute the software, or remove or bypass the license check.
- Use one license key for more people or computers than your license allows.
We may deactivate keys that are shared or abused.
4. Updates and support
We may release updates and fixes. Support is available by email at info@ffcreatives.com. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
5. Refunds
If Clip Queue does not work for you, email info@ffcreatives.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and we will refund your purchase. After a refund your license key is deactivated.
6. Requirements
Clip Queue requires Adobe Premiere Pro 2020 or newer and Adobe Media Encoder. You are responsible for having valid Adobe licenses. Clip Queue is currently built and tested for macOS.
7. No warranty
Clip Queue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error free or work with every Premiere Pro version, system setup or project.
8. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Full Frame Creatives is not liable for lost projects, lost files, missed deadlines, lost income or any indirect or consequential damages from using Clip Queue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Clip Queue.
9. Payments
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record and handles taxes and receipts. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
